Good evening to you. The next workshop beings Monday next week. There are a couple of places left, now is last remaining days to book in. - My next workshop in May the date will be the 14th which is a Monday evening from 6pm - 8.30pm... (the following MondaysÕ 21st, 28th of May and final night June the 4th) The address will be : 2 Francis Ridley Circuit, Brompton, 5007.

- The workshop will go for 4 weeks, tapping into several areas where you have the opportunity in discovering, accessing & breakthrough to the 'who you are in this life' using creative journey work. The work you do is your own beautiful work no matter what comes through and I ask that judgement be acknowledged but then released so you can see this as your playing field of exploration where what you do is exactly right no matter what. Which is a good thing to remember and it takes the pressure off.

- A safe space to spend time exploring yourself on levels that you may not ordinarily do or feel, you have the time to do. Or maybe this is a top up, a reminder of being true to you, honouring self, releasing guilt, depression, feelings of disempowerment & the like. You will be sharing a space with a handful of others, building trust and enabling the breath of life to ensue easily within!

- The cost is $130 to be paid in full on the first evening.

- Please bring your own set of chalk pastels of which you can purchase from Art Supply shops IE: Art Stretchers on Morphett St Light Square Adelaide, or places like newsagent or Coles. You wouldnÕt pay more than $10 unless you wanted a large selection of colours. You donÕt need expensive pastels. I have paper at the clinic but if you wanted to buy your own pad of paper or sheets then you are welcome to but it must be the size of approx.' 50 x 70cm. We will use x 6 pieces over the first 3 weeks.

- You also have the opportunity to do some one on one work with me to help shift you into a better space if you sense you require that sort of assistance initially. Confidentiality & discretion is always set in place.
